Dick Gregory Speaks On The Merv Griffin Show in 1965.

He’s marched on the front lines with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He knew Malcolm X on a personal level. He advocated  for liberty and a life of non constraints with Muhammad Ali. Dick Gregory, a comedian, civil rights activist and a person of wisdom has truly seen America and the world for everything that it has transpired to be over the years. Gregory’s life as an activist and a person of truth is one of the many reasons he’s able to connect with people all over the world and educate the misinformed on the TRUTH.  Gregory has always said “Information is power” and his knowledge is a direct reflection of this statement. With the recent events that have taken place in the United States of America, one has to realize that these issues of police brutality are not anything new; they are only more visible with the technological advances that have been made, which enable people to film and share footage with the simple push of a button on a smart phone. In 1965, Dick Gregory spoke on the Merv Griffin show about police brutality; 51 years later the same issues remain. Check out the interview below.
