20 years after his bid for “President” (Remember the Lil Penny Nike Commercial with “Griffey For President”) Ken Griffey Jr is elected to a position which he hold forever; Hall Of Famer. 
With a near unanimous vote, Ken Griffey Jr was elected to the 2016 Major League Baseball Hall Of Fame. An electric career which saw Griffey play with the Seatlle Mariners, Cincinatti Reds and the Chicago White Sox was capped off by his election to the baseball hall of fame. Just as mesmerizing as his baseball career, Ken Griffey Jr’s line of shoes from Nike are of Hall Of Fame status; being produced during an impeccable period of shoe designs from Nike (Air Jordans, Air Pennys, Deion Sanders just to name a few) his shoes are just as hot with sneakerheads today as they were 20 years ago.
