Milton Memphis Entertainment, LLC (MME) Presents the 2nd Annual “I AM MUSIC CONCERT “September 6, 2015 at Minglewood Hall. The show line-up features a collective group of talented R&B and Hip Hop artist all from Memphis. The “I AM MUSIC CONCERT” is a celebration of Memphis Music recognizing those entertainers making headway in the music industry nationally, & regionally.
Headlining the concert this year is Kameron Whalum & Dottie Memphis. Dottie Memphis known for singing alongside the likes of Jennifer Lopez & Ciara and many other international super stars. Kameron Whalum known for performing alongside Bruno Mars as a member of the “Hooligans”. Kameron is now featured on the Number 1 song and video in the world, Uptown Funk. Kameron has performed for President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama, and also performed with Bruno on the Halftime Show of Super Bowl XLVIII, as well as the FedEx Forum, the MTV EMA’s, MTV VMA’s, Billboard Music Awards, Canada’s Much Music Awards, and the GRAMMY’s. The concert also features DJ Q, Marco Pave, Devin Crutcher, Javae, Tierinii Jackson, & Hard Hitters Band.
For those unfamiliar with Milton Memphis Entertainment, LLC it’s an entertainment company founded in 2013 specializing in concert management, and event promotions. Founder of MME Milton Howery III has a diverse career in the entertainment industry. Howery is currently the Promotions Manager for Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid. He was formerly the Sales Manager for the Memphis Cook Convention Center & Cannon Center for the Performing Arts until being recruited by Bass Pro Shops. Milton is also the former producer of the “Mike and Mandy Morning Show” on WRVR The River (104.5FM) and former radio personality on WUMR “The Jazz Lover”. Howery was also named the Top Marketing Representative Intern for Black Entertainment Television in 2011.
