Congratulations to Cole Anthony on being drafted by the Orlando Magic with the fifteenth pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Cole again made history by being drafted, as he became a part of a select group of father and son duos to be drafted in the first round. Cole’s father Greg Anthony was drafted out of UNLV in the 1991 NBA Draft after a legendary career with the Runnin’ Rebels, including winning an NCAA Championship in 1990.
Cole was drafted this year after his freshman campaign as a Tarheel at the University of North Carolina. Two-point guards, two first-round draft picks, like father, like son.
